Morning Mist Farms’ hand-crafted cold-processed soaps are made with all natural food grade oils, essential or fragrance oils, and other natural ingredients. Our soaps are gentle, and the glycerine produced during the saponification process acts as a natural humectant, which draws moisture to the skin. Our soaps may be used for the complexion, body, fine washables, or even shampoos. Special requests are gladly accepted.

The soap-making branch of Morning Mist Farms’ tree was created after Lorraine enrolled in several classes in the history and art of soap-making. Creating soap became a passion, and we have enjoyed the benefits of aromatherapy and special qualities of hand-made, cold-processed soaps.

Our soaps are young and therefore soft, but if allowed to mature, they will harden. You will find they will last longer than commercial soaps if kept dry between uses. Another use is as a sachet if stored away from sunlight in a drawer or closet.
